Preparation
1) Wash and cut bhendi into small and round pieces
2) Cut chillie and onions very finely
3) Cut tomatoes very finely
4) chop corriander very finely
Cooking Process
1) Heat wok and pour oil and let it heat for 1 minute
2) Add onions, chillie and fry for 3 minutes
3) Add tomatoes and fry for 3 minutes till the oil seperates
4) then add bhendi mix well and cover the wok and cook for 10-15 minutes approxmatel stirring occasionally
5) Garnish with corriander and serve with plain rice or chappati.
