- Cauliflower - 250Grams
- Chicken fillets - 100grams
- Onion - 1
- medium sized Tomatoes - 2
- Green Chillies - 1
- Oil - 1 TBSP
- Ginger/Garlic paste - 1 TBSP
- Chilli Powder - 1 TBSP
- Turmeric - 1/4 TBSP
- Garam Masala - 1 TBSP
- Coriander Leaves - A bunch
- Salt to taste
Preparation
1) Wash and cut chicken into small cubes
2) Wash and cut cauliflower into small florets
3) Cut onions into small pieces, dice the tomatoes and chillis
Cooking process
1) In a wok heat 2 Tbl spoons oil and add onions and chillies and fry for 2 minutes
2) Add chicken and fry for 2 minutes and then add Cauliflower florets and fry for 2 more minutes
3) Add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes
4) Add 1 Tbl spoons Ginger Garlic paste, 1 Tbl spoons Garam Masala, 1 Tbl spoon red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of cumin powder, a pinch of Turmeric and salt to taste and cook for 5 minutes adding 1/2 cup of water
5) Serve hot with chappatis or plain rice
