Indian Chicken Fry

Preparation

1) Wash and cut chicken into medium sized pieces
2) Cut onions and chillies vertically and finely

Cooking process

1) In a deep pan add cut chicken, cut onions, cut chillies , 2 Tbl spoons Ginger Garlic paste, 1 Tbl spoon red chilli powder, Pinch of Turmeric powder, Salt to taste and cook cicken for 15 minutes without adding water stirring occasionally
2) In another deep frying pan heat 4 Tbl spoons of oil
3) Add the cooked chicken to oil and fry for 5 minutes in a low flame
4) Add garam masala and chopped corriander and fry 10 more minutes and serve hot with plain rice and dhal or rasam.

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken with bones
  • 2 big onions
  • 2 Tbl spoons Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 Tbl spoons Garam Masala
  • 1 Tbl spoon red chilli powder
  • 1 Tbl spoon red chilli powder
  • Pinch of Turmeric powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • 4 Tbl spoons of Oil
Serves 4
