- 200g Chicken Breast
- 100g Mushrooms
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 2 Tbl spoons Oil
- 1 Tbl spoons Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 Tbl spoons Garam Masala
- 1 Tbl spoon red chilli powder
- A pinch of Turmeric
- Salt to taste
Preparation
1) Wash and cut chicken into small cubes
2) Wash and cut mushrooms into same size as chicken pieces
3) Cut onions into small pieces, dice the tomatoes and chillis
Cooking process
1) In a wok heat 2 Tbl spoons oil and add onions and chillies and fry for 2 minutes
2) Add chicken and fry for 2 minutes and then add mushrooms and fry for 2 more minutes
3) Add 1 Tbl spoons Ginger Garlic paste, 1 Tbl spoons Garam Masala, 1 Tbl spoon red chilli powder, a pinch of Turmeric and salt to taste and cook for 5 minutes adding 1/2 cup of water
4) Add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes
5) Serve hot with chappatis
