Preparation 1) Wash and cut Haddock fillets into cubes Cooking Process 1) In a bowl add the haddock pieces and mix with 2 TBL spoons of bread crumbs 2) Add 1/2 TSp of ginger/garlic paste, 1/2 Tsp of garam masala, 1 Tbl spoon red chilli powder and salt to taste 3) Leave it aside for 30 minutes 4) Heat oil in frying pan and fry fish pieces for 2 minutes 5) Serve with Mint Chutney
