• Sea Bass or any other fish of your choice with bones- 1Kg Ginger Paste - 2tb spoon Garlic Paste - 1 tbspoon Garam masala - 2TB spoon Chilli powder - 1 TB spoon Turmeric - 1/2 TB spoon Green Chillies - 3-4 Curry leaves - A few oil for frying - 250g salt to taste

Preparation

1) Clean the fish and cut into round sized pieces as shown

2) Rub ginger/garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt to the fish pieces and marinate for 10-15 minutes

3) Slit the chilles into halves

Cooking Process

1) Take a shallow pan and heat the oil

2)Fry the fish pieces in batches of two for 5-7 minutes on both sides till golden brown

3) Repeat the process for remaining pieces

4) At the end, fry the slit chillies and curry leaves garnish over the fish piece

Tastes really good!! can be eaten as a snack or goes well with rice and sambar, fish fry as a side dish
